Tire Blowout problems of the 2011 Hyundai Elantra

The contact owns a 2011 Hyundai Elantra touring equipped with goodyear assurance tires size 215-45-r17, dot pj63ju11711. The contact stated that while driving at 60 mph, the driver rear tire blew out and a few days later, the rear passenger side tire also blew out.
