The contact took the vehicle to crain Hyundai of conway 1003 n museum rd, conway, ar 72032 (501) 470-7300 where the vehicle was unable to be diagnosed. The contact then stated that one day upon starting the vehicle, an abnormal noise began coming from the engine and the engine seized without warning. Due to the failure, the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where the vehicle was diagnosed with engine failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and offered 50% off the cost of the engine replacement. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was 65,000. Jo.
