Steering Column problems of the 2017 Hyundai Elantra

Tl - the contact owns a 2017 Hyundai elanta limited. The contact stated that while revering the backup camera became inoprerable. The vehicle was taken to dealer gerald Hyundai (209 hansen blvd, north aurora, IL 60542) who diagnosed the vehicle and were unable to dupicate the failure and the vehicle was not repaired. The contact then stated the vehicle started and turned off intermitely and the driver side window and passenger side window did not work correctly. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and they diagnosed as it needed a new engine bracket mount and there was an electrical failure and vehicle was repaired. The contact then stated that while driving at various speeds, the steering wheel seized. The vehicle went back to the dealer who diagnosed it as the mdc bolt needed to be replaced but the dealer recommended that the steering column be replaced and the vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified and informed contact they would take one car payment off of what she owed. The faliure mileage was approximately 4200. Jc.
