Front passenger seat weight sensor malfunction. There was no incident/accident. Airbag service light came on, regular garages couldn't diagnose problem, only a Hyundai dealer can read the code; once it was determined that weight sensor was not working, apparently the only solution is to replace the entire passenger seat assembly, cannot replace just the sensor.

Manufacture is refusing to repair the vehicle and attempting a forced lowball cash payout. The are harassing me to sign over documents including title and insurance and want me to sign for them to tow the car from the Hyundai dealership in new port richey and won't tell me where. I took meticulous care of my vehicle. It only has 102,000 miles on it and I kept everything in pristine condition. If I am forced to purchase another vehicle with kelly blue book value as they mentioned to me over the phone , I will be forced to purchase a junk car that will put myself and my wife in jeapordy and is causeing us extreme stress.
