Seats Problems of Hyundai Entourage

When I stepped on the gas from a stop at a red light the engine started racing and the throttle stuck. The engine wouldn't stop racing so I had to turn the key off to get it to stop. Pretty scary. A secondary issue is that the rear passenger seat will not flip up. It's locked in place.

Front passenger seat weight sensor malfunction. There was no incident/accident. Airbag service light came on, regular garages couldn't diagnose problem, only a Hyundai dealer can read the code; once it was determined that weight sensor was not working, apparently the only solution is to replace the entire passenger seat assembly, cannot replace just the sensor.

All mechanics refuse to touch the vehicle due to this serious error. This light appeared without warning while the vehicle was parked and when turned on the airbag light appeared. I am uncertain as to when. In addition, there is a very serious concern with the drivers seat where it is suppose to be welded together, has broken causing the drivers seat to rock freely while driving. This is also and clearly a manufacturer welding error that occurred while driving on an even road. There was no force or extra weight that caused this incident and also all mechanics has said this to be a manufacturer welding error cling for immediate attention that is a serious safety risk to my family and myself. The seat belts are also a safety risk as they do not function properly when fastened. Some are too tight causing uncomfortable driving and often stick into the sliding grove causing non-managability leading to possible incidents while driving. Again, mechanics have stated this is a manufacturer error which is reason we find it necessary to file this complaint with our trusted vehicle manufacturer. Thank you.
