Vehicle: 2009-current Hyundai Genesis coupe 2. 0t/3. 8 vehcles equipped with manual transmissions. Vehicle build date: Feb 2009 start of incident: may 2009 issue:manual transmission constantly fails causing often unsafe situations for drivers and passengers. Failures include transmission not engage requested gear, failing to disengage gear, grinding while engaging gear, gears stop working completely, clutch fails to disengage or engage (sometimes stalling vehicle). Personally currently on 3rd transmission and 2nd flywheel which has also recently failed. Hyundai has so far been willing to replace transmission and related parts however no "fix" currently exists. Hyundai employees have been blaming drivers for causing problems even though on multiple occasions driver proven to not be cause.
