general problems of the 2010 Hyundai Genesis

Car seems to have electrical issues it just shuts off etc just found out I purchased a lemon odometer rollback.

While driving the car, the car speeds up on its own without me pushing the accelerator. The car also has rev hang and the rpms rise by its self and stays their. Usually between 6500rpm. I have to press the break in order for the rpms to drop so its doesn't blow the motor.
