The dashboard lights, hud and exterior lights all have been turning off for 4-5 seconds every 6-8 weeks for the last 14-15 months. The brake and accelerometer remain active but because of the situation it presents every time, all that can be done is stray straight and try to look for a safe lane change.
5 minutes into my drive my the whole dashboard (speedometer and music screen) all went black, & my headlights went out. This lasted for about 3 seconds. Not sure what happened or why but not something that should happen with such a new car.
While driving the vehicle the digital dashboard for the rpm's and speedometer, infotainment center, accent lighting and all exterior lighting including tail lamps, head lights, turn signals and marker lights all powered off for approximately 2-3 seconds. During this time, the engine continued to run as if nothing had occurred. After the 2-3 seconds all affected systems that shut down turned back on and continued as if nothing had occurred. Even apple carplay had no signal reconnection time, almost like it was never disconnected in the first place. This issue appears to just shut down all outward lighting/indicator lamps and then power back up. This issue has repeated itself on 5 separate occasions over the course of the last 3 days. Took it to a dealer on the 4th day (today, March 6th), and they could not get the issue to replicate despite driving for 30 miles and having it for 3 or so hours under their care. No codes were logged, no indicator lamps showed an issue and no erratic driving or lasting effects of the power blip. Outside of the dealership this issue has not been inspected further. A contact was made with Hyundai USA in attempt to address this safety issue. No reply has been received since submitting yesterday afternoon. This issue has happened during the day as well but given the lighting conditions is not as dangerous as losing all head lamps or tail lamps at night where the driver or other drivers may be affected as they travel about the roadways in the case of merging on and off of a highway or being able to see any animals that run into the roadway.
1-the turn lights(right and left turn)died too quickly. I change my bulb every month . I went to independent service center and they told me the car must have some wrong wire that doesn't support bulb. Even if I change my bulb ,it doesn't take long and a warning signal come out and stated that I need to check my light. It is so annoying. This happened one year after I start driving the car. 2- the passenger seat is too low that you don't feel comfortable seating inside. It is not possible to bring it up. I went to the dealer but they wasn't at the same location anymore. 3- the windshield wipers fails to operate properly, component can't wipes properly. After one year driving the car I noticed that wipers are loosing their components. 3-defective straps by passenger side,I noticed it when I start to give ride to a friend after a year owned this car. 4-my engine symbol is showing. I went to an independent center ,nobody can fix it . I sent the car to Hyundai ,they told me I have to spend $10000 to have the engine fix. I don't understand I was doing all my oil changes on time. Now I have to drive this car with my engine light on. I am still fixing it but it is costing me too much.

The contact owns a 2025 Hyundai Kona. The contact stated while driving 38 mph, the exterior lights, taillights, daytime running lights, and interior lights became inoperable for two and a half seconds. The seat belt light flashed. Additionally, the seat heater and steering buttons switched off and then reset. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 2,060.
Headlights do not project far enough in front of vehicle to safely drive at dark or low light conditions. Hyundai told us there is nothing they can do to fix it as it is a defect in how the headlight housing is placed on the body of the car.
For the last 2 weeks I’ve been hearing weird engine noises. Like metal pieces being grinded. The car has issues accelerating. Will not change gears properly causing the car to redline on the tachometer. Just today I hear noises a lot more frequently and as I’m driving and coming to a slow turn the car stalled out on me. I quickly put the car in park and started the car and it started back up. But now I feel a loss in power in the car. The car stalled on me more than six times. Every time I came to a complete stop the car would stall. So every stop sign and red light the car was stalling. The car is still under warranty but I do hope this can be resolved. I know it’s the engine that’s definitely having internal mechanical issues and transmission as well. Also the 2 lower headlights are also out as well. This is with the car having 34705 miles only. Wast expecting to have this many issues. I have a video of the car stalling out as well and another showing a rough idle on the car.

The radio/gps screen cuts out and goes completely blank and I can't turn it off or down or do anything with the radio. The tire pressure lights come on and off at random times. The backup camera randomly stays on when I'm driving and I can't get it to go back to a regular screen. The lights randomly turn on and off when I am driving. There is obviously some kind of electrical issues.

The low bean headlights are where the brights should shine. The brights shine in the tree tops. Every time I go out at night I get flashed by almost all passing cars when the low beams are on. The dealership told us there is no way to adjust the lights. How am I supposed to drive this at night?.

I was driving the vehicle. All of a sudden, all the lights went out on the vehicle. This includes the instrumentation panel, interior lights, brake lights, etc. I drove the car to a safe location and stopped the engine. I then restarted the car and everything started normally.
11 days after purchasing the vehicle it began shutting completely off in the middle of me driving it, losing all power for no reason I could see and would not turn on for a considerable amount of time. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership on 6 separate occasions, one of the times my car stayed at jenkins Hyundai for 12 weeks while they tried to find the issue. Finally, it was towed to a Hyundai dealership in valdosta, GA who kept it for 2 weeks and found two electrical shorts under the front bumper. After this repair it stopped losing power randomly but I still experienced electrical surges, flickering, and consistently blown lightbulbs. It was brought back to my dealership I bought from after this but they claimed nothing was wrong, so I gave up trying. I don't feel like my issues were ever taken seriously and I am now stuckc with this vehicle.
