The contact owns a 2025 Hyundai Palisade equipped with hankook tires, tire line: ventus s1 noble, tire size: 245/50/r20, dot number: 15ma0-1ah0-2424. The contact stated that upon inspecting the vehicle, the front driver’s side tire and the front passenger’s side tire were bald. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who confirmed that the tread on both tires was bald; however, no assistance was provided. The contact stated that the rear tires did not need to be replaced. The tires were not replaced, and the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 13,041.
