Warnings problems of the 2026 Hyundai Palisade

I first brought my vehicle to the towson MD Hyundai service department, near my summer home, upon receiving a warning that the front sensor was not operating. I was advised that the issue will be covered under warranty. Imagine my surprise when I was advised that it would not be covered because the service team located documentation in the vehicle's file indicating that the sensor had been damaged while the new vehicle was being transported to or delivered to the sarasota FL dealership where we purchased it. They said this documentation specifically chronicled the damage. I reported this to hyunai's upper mgmt, was assigned a rep who promised to contact sarasota on my behalf and work to resolve the issue between the two dealerships. After many weeks, she reported back that sarasota denied that this damage had occurred because the notes/documentation towson located could no longer be found in the system. But she assured me that they would continue working with the two dealerships to get to the bottom of what had occurred and she would get it covered. It took most of the summer, many calls from the assigned representative stating she was still trying to reach the various parties involved; very confusing as I have never had trouble reaching a service member or manager- and each time made me reiterate the issue, history, and assure that no collision had taken place. Ultimately I was informed Hyundai had determined the damage is not covered under warranty because of what they characterized as external damage, likely due to collision, of course iam stunned. The repair will cost approximately $2,000. I want to be unequivocally clear on this point: there has been no impact or visible damage to the front bumper verified by towson to which she told me "impact doesn't always show. I have read online about a number of these incidents. I feel Hyundai is clearly trying to cover an ongoing issue that they don't want to address. I am happy share my correspondence with you.

Stopped at the gas pump and filled up. When I went to leave all dash lights were lit up and car wouldn’t move. Brakes were locked. I tried restarting and restarting. Brakes would lock up when I tried to move, either direction. I finally gases it enough that it screeched the tires to move it from in front of the gas pump.

Entire instrument cluster goes black while driving. Speedometer, odometer, tachometer, turn signal indicators, everything stops working and just a blank screen. Have a video of it happening. Took it to Hyundai and they would not approve tear down to find what is causing and said that it is not a safety concern, yet this would cause the vehicle to fail safety inspection in our state.
