2001 Hyundai Santa Fe. Consumer states while traveling the hood flew up and smashed the windshield the consumer stated the safety release hood rusted out, also the piece that held the spare tire rusted out. The spare tire is now housed in the back of the vehicle.
The latch on my left back passenger door is loose. It looks as if the door is not closed all the way. The screws that hold the latch in place inside the car is loose. I have had to tighten it with a screw driver several times. I have children riding in the back seat of my car and if that latch ever came totally off it would be disastrous.
