Wheel problem #1

Sometimes when I make a left or ight turn, the anti lock brakes cause the vehicle to slow down. This isn't the only issue but the car turns off and the steering locks. Im not able to turn or stop. This happens when im at a very slow speed while turning. It happened numerous times. I went online and it was many compliants and reviews on the 2003 to 2006 models. Im really afraid this can cause a collision. Im not the only person who had issues with my vehicle. This happened when I got off the interstate and made a turn on a street while steering. Someone need to investigate this issue. I had other recalls on my vehicle in the past.

Wheel problem #2

Steering & suspension :front shock absorber leaking, the vehicle bounces too much, too difficult to control the vehicle. Front struts need to be changed. Ball joints had worn out very fast because front struts are not good. All lower arms and all tie rod end worn out. That change the wheel alignment, unable to control or steer the vehicle .

Wheel problem #3

I have had to replace the control arm 3 times, (2/2013, 4/2014, 3/2015) and about to do it a 4th time (2019). It goes bad after about 20,000 miles and affects the alignment which causes the tires to wear incorrectly. Brand new tires are get worn down on the inside edge and is not visible. This causes a safety issue. My relatively new tire blew out on the highway and nearly caused a crash. I've spent $3000 in repairs and estimate another $1000 in tires that had to be replaced prematurely. I will fill one of these out for each of the incidents described above.

Wheel problem #4

The contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. The contact stated while driving 60 mph, the contact heard a loud pop noise and the front passenger tire blew. The contact was able to safely merge off the highway avoiding a collision. The vehicle was taken to an independent tire shop. The mechanic stated that the passenger front defective and verified that all four wheels were scalloped on the inside bead area of the rim. As a result, all four rims and tires needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. Neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 158,000. VIN was not available.

Wheel problem #5

Cupped tires in rear. Heavy wear on inside of tires. I seem to be having the same problem as many others with tires wearing out much quicker than they should.

Wheel problem #6

Have had two sets of tires cupping. Had alignments and need a 3rd set of tires because of cupping. The noise is extremely loud while driving it and we can not afford $500-$600 for buying new tires all the time.

Wheel problem #7

The contact owns a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. The contact was traveling 30-35 mph when the rear passenger side wheel seized, causing the vehicle to swerve uncontrollably. The failure recurred on separate occasions but instead, on the front passenger side tire. The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 60,000 and the current mileage was 60,275.

Wheel problem #8

I was driving on the highway about 65 miles an hour and the front wheel locked up. The car pulled to one side, lost control, and went off the road. I took it to the dealer and they told me it was a sensor with the cruise control, the esc, and something with the steering wheel.

Wheel problem #9

I have a recall on my vehicle that has not been completed yet on the trailer hitch, and since I had the vehicle and started driving it I have told the car dealer several times that the tpms that the icon has been on and even having it looked at several times it won't stay off when I drive I get weird pulling even after having an alignment done. I travel frequently and need to know is this something to worry about! I did check the VIN it only shows the recall for the the recall incomplete for the trailer hitch wiring recall number 085 NHTSA number 08e055000, VIN number 5nmsh13e47h052806! can someone please contact me on what to do about this at 3524155858 I leased this vehicle in February they didn't let me know about the recall but since there was a recall on my daughter vehicle when she checked I check for mine as well.
