Tire Tread/belt problems of the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe

Tl the contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe equipped with kumho solus kl21 tires, size: 235/55 r19 (na). The contact purchased four new tires from the kumho manufacturer. The contact indicated that the rear passenger side tire had cracks and tread separation. The tire was replaced by an independent tire repair facility. In addition, the front and rear passenger side tires both experienced blow outs due to the cracks and tread separation. The contact further stated that when all three tires failed, the inner tread walls were cracked with extensive tread separation. The replacement rear passenger tire and the front passenger tire were taken to a tire facility for diagnostic testing. The manufacturer was notified of the failures to determine if the passenger side tires could be replaced with two new tires. The VIN, vehicle failure mileage, and tire failure mileage were not available.
