Two problems related to windshield wiper/washer motor have been reported for the 1997 Hyundai Sonata. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Fuel tank recalls below have not been properly fixed. Fuel tank still takes on too much pressure and vehicle has also failed emissions inspection. Windshield washer motor has failed twice (currently broken). The vehicle experienced the same problem as stated in recall #97v026000, however the vehicle identification number was not included in the recall.
