One problem related to windshield wiper/washer motor has been reported for the 1998 Hyundai Sonata. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The passenger window would not roll up, it got stuck in the middle of a rain storm. The passenger door will not open from the inside and the windshield wipers stopped working as well and replacing the fuse did not solve the problem.
