The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 09v125000 (suspension). The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 82,000.

The contact discovered that the lower control arm on the passenger side had separated because the subframe was rusted.
