Gl:started 6-7 months ago and is still happening. 3 problems to report: 1)car maintains speed at same rate as in driving, after foot is off gas pedal. 2) distance is very long- sometimes 1000 feet or more and then decelerates normally. 3) several times speed has increased after this unactivated speed has been braked and then brake pedal released. No floor mars were in car. Response by Hyundai: a) computer was tweeked b) air filter replaced !!! c) replaced accelerator part. No change. This is a very dangerous fault eapecially in rain and ice. The car in no longer safe. Now, after trying to repair the problem and failing, service mechanic says there is no problem!! what to do ??? this car has been in to dealer for every check recommended by Hyundai and well maintained. There are internet comments about speed problems with the 2007 Hyundai.
