Tl- the contact owns a 2006 Hyundai Sonata. The contact stated that they had NHTSA recall campaign id number: 09v122000 (service brakes: hydraulic: switches: brake lights) done on the vehicle in 2009 and the repair has failed. The contact stated when driving the vehicle the electronic stabilty control light comes and the vehicle has to be restarted in order for it to turn off. The contact stated that after driving for a short period of time the light comes back on. The vehicle had not been inspected, but a mechanic told the contact that they thought it was caused by the stomp lamp switch failing again. The failure mileage was unknown and the current mileage was 86,000. Rl.
