Suddenly car stats jerking while changing gears and engine shakes badly. Additionally, check engine light came on and when diagnosed showed a code p0713 for bed transmission temperature sensor.

2 Transmission Sensor problem

Failure Date: 11/07/2019

Transmission heat sensor failure, causing car to have propulsion issues in traffic. This is a complaint by several owners from 2011 through 2014.

3 Transmission Sensor problem

Failure Date: 11/01/2018

Transmission fluid sensor a circuit range/performance car is jerking when driving.

4 Transmission Sensor problem

Failure Date: 06/08/2017

The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. The contact stated that the check engine warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was taken to nelley Hyundai where it was diagnosed as a transmission range sensor issue. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that the Hyundai motor club denied the claim. The contact also informed the manufacturer of the service bulletin for the 2015 models. The contact was informed that NHTSA was responsible for issuing TSB's and was advised to call NHTSA. The failure mileage was 74,036.
