Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2017 Hyundai Sonata

Tl-the contact owns a 2017 Hyundai Sonata. The contact stated that while driving at 20 mph another vehicle made an illegal-u turn and crashed into the driver side. The driver side airbag did not deployed the back-seat airbag deployed partially. No airbags deployed from driver seat or passenger. However, the driver side airbag did deployed. Back and neck injuries there was alot of debris came from the airbag that filled the cabin. The contact and her husband sustained whiplash, the contact has raspatory problems. A police report was made. No medical attention contacted or needed. The vehicle was towed by the police to a lot where geico estimate the failure which are not determine at this time. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 20,000. Ck.
