Automatic Emergency Braking Problems of Hyundai Sonata - part 2

I had a safety recall on my car for the Smart junction box. I took the car to the dealership on March 9th 2022. They updated the software that controlls the Smart juntion box. On March 11th 2022 at 6:45am I got in a car accident due to the automatic braking system failure. I run into a Ford f-150 at the stop light. Even the brakes at this point failed to work properly as well. I called the deslership and explained what happened to me and I was told by the technician that there is a possibility that the update of the software that runs the Smart junction box has impacted the Smart cruize control. He said there is a possibility that the Smart cruize control settings have been erased to default so the car needed a new settings. That was something I did not know about. My car has the option where you can choose what distance you want between your car and the car in fromt of you. It goes from one-space car to four-space cars. So according to the technician this may has been the problem.

Hello the car shut off on the freeway while driving. The display lit up light a xmas tree including the forward collision warning. I though this was an isolated incident. It has happened now numerous times. The car even braked on its own then shut off while turning in the middle of a busy intersection. There are several reports of very similar symptoms on edmonds under reviews. This car is dangerous. I have contacted Hyundai twice now.

Rear brakes are never applied evenly. Every time car brakes it lurches forward between times when it feels like the brakes are engaging. This happens when the vehicle is in motion on both city streets and highway. When going above 45 mph the steering wheel will also shake after brakes are engaged.

About 2 years ago I notice a little scratch on the dashboard, after a while I see that it was a danger crash after this time now are 3 big scratches that interfere with the deployment airbags of both from airbags if split could cost big injuries to the occupants of the vehicle . Hyunday said they are not responsable for that defective part. (plastic) but they want me to pay. Also the lights never are right to cause difficulty at night driving also dangerous, the dealer said they are ok, but they are not in right position.
