My car is at the Hyundai dealership now for almost 3 months to get 14 recalls done and also there was a lawsuit a few years ago that the engine was getting still an oil into the engine. My car was affected by that I just bought the car in 2021 I did not know about it. I’m needing them to swap out the engine as well and it’s been almost 3 months and it’s all recalls that are supposed to be done with my car 14 of them including the engine and the engine is part of the settlement that was done a few years ago number was ran and it was a part of it, and it had me select the dealership I and that’s where I chose for it to go and it was supposed to be switched out for free.

The vehicle consumes a gallon of oil weekly. The spark plugs are having to be replaced every three months. The low beams have been replaced and are working but the headlights are completely out and flashes on the dash board. I have hi beam’s only. There is an electrical issue with the vehicle and is very dangerous to drive with the oil leaks that are continuously happening.
Headlights need to be replaced every three months. Break lights turnt out and melted the plastic around it. Had to replace the entire light unit. Now, the breaklight doesnt work at all. Even after replacing the entire light unit and bulbs.

Recommend replacing both rear brake caliper brackets, both rear rotors and brake pads (both rear brake caliper brackets with electronic parking brake with pins) ( yes, available for inspection upon request) 2. How was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? (brake failure will cause fires & costly accidents ) 3. Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center?(yes, confirmed by Hyundai dealership) 4. Has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives or others?( inspected by dealership) 5. Were there any warning lamps, messages or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure, and when did they first appear? (no warning lamp, message. On August the 15th my car was going down sharpe rd in burlington nc at about 25-30 mph going towards ross st. I tried to stop on my brakes and my car would not stop. . As I tried stop it I felt my brake peddle go all the way to the floor. I was able to pull my car off the road and sit until I had a tow truck come tow it home. I have my car at chrenshaw hyundia. I have also been trying to get my car servised through them and they have always been booked u. That causes a lot of car issues when you have to wait on an appointment. I really need my car fixed and I do not have the kind if funds that they are asking.
The brake lights wont turn off when car is off.
