Tl-the contact owns a. 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. While driving at 2o mph the contact was involved in a crash. The contact went through a yellow light. The light turned green as they were passing through the entersection and another vehicle spead off and hit them in the rear passenger side of the vehicle and the rear passenger tire was bent. The contact was making a left turn and the other vehicle was going straight. As they were turning left the other car spead off almost ran their own light, drove up and hit the contact and his family. The contact was in the passenger seat and the driver was not distracted. However, it was raining. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filied, the vehicle was not destroyed and no injuries were sustaned. None in the vehicle needed medical attention. Warning lights for the air bag did illuminate after the accident. The vehicle was driven back to the contact home by the contact. The vehicle was towed to a local mechanic. The body of the vehicle was repaired however, the air bags were not serviced. The dealer was not contacted and made aware of the crash.
