The oxygen sensor failed to open, causing catalytic converter to clog ruining exhaust manifold. Repair was made then little more than month later engine failed again this time with cylinder 3 full of oil and result is ruined engine with no sign to where the fail came besides software or manufacturer internal engine issue.

Tl-the contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Veloster. The contact stated that while driving 25 mph the speed decreased and smoke was emerging from the tail pipe, engine and the vehicle stalled.
