Wiper Problems of Hyundai Veracruz

My vehicle is experiencing an issue with the winshield wiper motor the motor has failed and the wipers do not work therw is a recall I seen for 2000-2012 Hyundai vehicles unfortunately my VIN number is not included I spoke with Hyundai and they told my VIN is not a recall defect that it is a just regular problem that needs repaired. I am very hard pressed to believe that my year make and model has this recall just not my VIN.

I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Veracruz in 2014. I was taking a friend home and as I was pulling in all lights lit up and car just shuts off. I couldn't get the car to do anything. I had the car towed. My windshield wipers doesn't work, door handles are all broken, seat belts doesn't work, alternator has been change 3 times due to oil leakage,no radio, the rpm's goes up and down and trunk won't open.

Takata recall - windshield wiper blade went out because it appears that the nut that fastens the transmission is not secure enough causing the blade to be totally inoperable. Even when the nut is refastened or replaced, it will loosen during an expected rain season that requires much use. It is likely the standard nut for this device could be replaced by a lock nut.

Purchased vehicle January 2, 2015. My front windshield wiper went completely out on its own in March. The dealer I made the purchase service department made an adjustment that was never sufficient. In fact, I brought it back to the mechanic 4 times without have to leave the lot. He mentioned that there was a defect in it and that I would have to purchase a used motor that cost $350. 00 plus $68. 00 for installation. It is only sold a motor + transmission not motor only. The is a nation back order and only one company has it!!! this is recall or "give me my money back" if I ever heard of one. Whew, thank you for your attention.

I was driving my kids to school when my wipers stopped working . They were working just fine and then all of a sudden they just stopped working . There was never any signs of the wipers having any problems until they just stopped working that day. Thank god no one was hurt.
