Unknown Or Other problem #1

We own a Hyundai 2001 Xg300 which has severe corrosion and rust on the sub frame. Since November, we had different work performed on the car. All the mechanic have said that the corrosion and rust is severe and is effecting the suspension and other mountings to the frame. The carbon emission evaporator needed to be replaced and the dealership to get it to mount had to use plastic zip ties due to the amount of rusts and holes in the frame. The dealership mechanics have stated that the car is unsafe to drive due to the rear tire is not fully attached and need welding work to be performed. This is due to the severe corrosion. The controller arm of the rear right passenger side needs to be replaced, both rear upper control arm were replaced. The regional district manager for the northeast says this is normal corrosion for a 10 year old car.
