My vehicle (Infiniti ex 35, 2010) stops repeatedly while in ds mode. I have documented 11 instances when this vehicle stopped including today. The vehicle is currently with the dealership in alexandria virginia.
The contact owns a 2010 Infiniti Ex35. The contact stated that when he shifted into sports mode, the vehicle stopped moving. The failure occurred twice. He had to quickly shift back to drive in order to avoid a crash. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who stated they could not duplicate the failure. The failure also occurred when he shifted from park to drive. He was forced to shift into park gear, turn the vehicle off and try again. The vehicle had not been repaired. The contact called the manufacturer and filed a complaint. The current mileage was approximately 12,700. The failure mileage was approximately 6,000.
