Body Problems of Infiniti EX35

The dashboard on this vehicle get gooey and melts when exposed to sunshine. The intense glare on the windshield makes the car dangerous to drive because visibility is greatly impaired.

My dashboard is "melting. " it's sticky and gooey, emits chemical funes, and projects a glare of tiny dots all over my windshield. I began noticing this at beginning 2019. Dealer said nothing they can do (told me to put a piece of carpet on top of it). Infiniti consumer affairs said nothing they can do (oct 22, 2019) I called and emailed. I park in my garage, and if in a lot, I use a windshield cover. You can't see it in a photo, it's the touch, smell, and glare. I began suffering respiratory issues first time in my life, and it is not safe to drive because it looks like you're looking out of a windhield covered in tiny dots.

I bought this vehicle almost two years ago at the kia dealer ship located on 441 NW miami FL, and between mid September and on,in miami we were experienced constant heavy rain. I noticed that a leaking on the front driver seat below the gas paddle, water dripping with force every times it rains and my front car driver side soak and wet with water. I reported to the dealer on numerous occasion and they stated that they are not responsible for it because the car was sell as is. They advised that I contact the manufacturer for the defect. The inside carpeted area is looking rusty and black, which has cause a bad odor to my car; this cause it to be harzadous and when I am driving, it causes my feet to be sliperry on the paddle in which can cause terrible accident. I took the vehicle to kia auto parts so that they can check for the water leak, it was unsuccessful they could not detect the area where the leak is coming from. Also they advised that I contact the manufacture for bodily defect. I am a very cautious individual and believe that safety is a number one concern in every community, am looking to resolve this matter to the best way possible. Please help?.
