Auto stalls at low speed motion either while slowing down or starting to move. Stalls out in traffic and almost caused several wrecks on a city street when stalled trying to get through traffic.

The contact owns a 2008 Infiniti Ex35. The contact stated that while driving 15 mph, the vehicle stalled and engaged into limp mode. The vehicle was re-started. The vehicle was not inspected by a dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the incident. The contact stated that the failure was similar to that listed in NHTSA campaign number: 13v430000 (vehicle speed control) however, the vehicle was not included in the recall. The contact owns a 2012 Infiniti Ex35. The contact stated that when the gear was in drive or reverse, the vehicle stalled as the push button starter switch was engaged. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer, who stated that the vehicle operating as designed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 5,000.
