Suspension problem #1

While driving the car I noticed that every time I hit a bump or dip in the road, it feels like I am going to lose control of the vehicle. The car is extremely hard to control when hitting a bump on the street or highway and it's scary. I also noticed that the car jerks violently when changing gears in the automatic transmission. I bought the car in may of this year, its under 100k miles. I contacted the dealership and I'm waiting on a response.

Suspension problem #2

Front cross member rotted out in 77000 miles. Possible safety concern because the front a-arm bolts to this member. Called Infiniti dealer and they said there is no recall.
