Tl- the contact owns a 2010 Infiniti Ex35. The contact stated that while pumping gas the pump did not shut off causing the fuel to overflow out of the tank onto the floor. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection ad they stated that they had never heard of anything like that. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 25,000. Ap.
