Tl- the contact owns a 2009 Infiniti Ex35. The contact stated that he stopped the vehicle and put the gear in reverse but the vehicle continued to drive instead. The contact quickly put the gear on neutral and pushed it backwards. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed a transmission failure and referred the contact to a local dealer. The dealer confirmed the transmission failure but stated that the vehicle was out of warranty. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 64,000. Fe.
