As I was driving onto an exit from the highway at approximaltely 60-80 kmh, the warning light on my car speedometer displayed indicating a problem with a tire. The information display stated that my tires' air pressure were nominal. Shortly thereafter, the car began to shimmy. I re-checked the tire pressure guage display and noticed that the rear right tire had 1psi while the other tires had 30 psi. I immediately decelerated and turned into the break down lane. As I was doing this, the tire blew out. My passenger and I exited the car and noticed that the tread completed detachted from the sidewall.
