Four problems related to body have been reported for the 2006 Infiniti FX35. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Tl-the contact 2006 infinity fx 35. The contact stated that they were in a crash. The contact stated that they just left the grocery store. The vehicle was just bought, they were driving at an unknown speed in a residential area and the contact noticed that the vehicle started pulling to the right. When they attempted to make a left turn the vehicle began to lean to the right. The front pasenger wheel came of and the vehicle flipped over and slid into the street. The contact became unconcious upon impacting the street and hitting their head as the vehicle flipped. No warning lights illuminated and the dealer at grubbs Infiniti (817) 809-2600 1500 e state hwy 114, grapevine, TX 76051. The vehicle was not diagnosed and the dealer did nothing. An eye whitness stated that the right front tire looked loose as the contact was driving. The driver was not distracted. The airbags did not deploy, a police report was made, the contact sustained back injuries and chest injuries. The contact also is suffering from chest bleeding. They also had face fracture and damage to their right arm with cracked damaged teeth. The contact did recieve medical attention. The vehicle destroyed and the manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage is unknown. Jw.
Tl the contact owns a 2006 Infiniti Fx35. While the vehicle was stationary and while driving various speeds, the dashboard began to peel and bubble up. In addition, the sun glared onto the dashboard and the chrome pieces, which obstructed the contact's view of the road. Sewell Infiniti in dallas, texas was made aware of the failure and stated that the vehicle had a warranty defect. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and provided the contact with case number: 252-49072. The failure mileage was approximately 126,000.
The dashboard of the vehicle has started to melt/bubble up. This has resulted in a very shiny/sticky dash which on sunny days reflects light back up onto the inside of the windshield creating a very distracting/obstructing glare making it difficult to see the road. Infinity extended their warranty from 2010 up to 2014 to replace the dashboard but will now do nothing to correct this safety hazard even though it did not appear on my car till this year.
