general problems of the 2010 Infiniti FX35

I am the owner of a 2010 Fx35 that started having problems in 2023 with just cutting off in the middle of driving. I took the vehicle to the dealership last year in which they told me the car required an update and the reprogrammed ecm and bumped up rpms. I started having the issue again and was almost in an accident as the car cut off in traffic as was driving and lost the ability to steer the car. I took the car back to the dealership complaining of the same issue. I was told that Infiniti was aware of the problem and had issued a TSB but not a recall to repair this problem. This is a safety hazard that should be investigated and a recall should be issued to repair ASAP.
