One problem related to air conditioner has been reported for the 2004 Infiniti G35. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
I have a 2004 Infiniti G35 and brought it in for my regular service and because my ac was not working. I was then told that my ac was not working because a pebble had flew through my grill and punctured a whole in my condenser causing the freon to escape. I was told this was not covered in my warranty because it was not a defect. But, in my opinion, this grill is supposed to protect the insides of my car from outside damage. The grill is defective if it is not protecting the insides of my car. This cost me upwards of 800 dollars. My grill should be fixed and this should be covered at no cost. I drive on normal roads and at normal speeds. This is a problem with the car.
