The contact owns a 2005 Infiniti G35. While driving approximately 35 mph, the front driver's side seat began to move forward inadvertently, moving the contact farther toward the steering wheel. The contact applied constant pressure to the power seat switch and placed her foot firmly on the floorboard in order for the seat to remain secured. The failure recurred sporadically. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the power seat adjustment switch was replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 78,000.
