Owners/service Manual problems of the 2006 Infiniti G35

I have a 2006 Infiniti G35 coupe with manual transmission. While driving my vehicle for a long period of time or driving in heavy traffic I notice that when I switch gears my clutch pedal gets stuck to the ground and will not pop back into place unless manually pushing it back up with my foot. This has happened multiple times and several other G35 owners have complained about the same problem with their vehicle.

The oil burns like crazy it caused my car to lock up being the it happens without warning, having to do oil changes once a month which is insanity. This has been a problem not only in the Infiniti G35 but also the Nissan 350z models. Usually a problem with manual 6spd transmission models. This should be a recall being that no one has been able to fix the problem!.
