Headlight Switch problems of the 2007 Infiniti G35

I am the owner of a 2007 Infiniti G35x 4 door sedan. I believe the manufacturer has created a design defect which creates hazardous driving conditions which I am sure will likely lead to accidents and injuries. This condition concerns the operation of the headlights in the furtherest on/off position. During night driving when the right turn signal indicator is activated, the headlight on/off switch is in just right position to inadvertently turn the headlights off in the middle of a right turn. In very dark areas without surface lights this defect creates a very difficult condition for the operator of the vehicle. This condition has occurred approximately 5 times in the past year of operation. I can not believe that I am the only driver of this vehicle to experience this problem - and I have other vehicles which have never experienced this condition. I have never had an accident or caused an injury because of this condition but it is frightening and alarming even to an experienced driver. I have reported this to the manufacturer on 1/20/2009.
