Side/window Air Bag problems of the 2007 Infiniti G35

Tl-the contact owns a 2007 Infiniti G35 sedan. The contact stated that the passenger side air bag turned off light illuminated. The contact is not included in NHTSA campaign number: 08v521000 (air bags, electrical system). The vehicle was taken to dealer Infiniti of thousand oaks 3570 thousand oaks blvd, thousand oaks, CA 91362 but the vehicle was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was contacted and made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 63,100. Am.

The front passenger side air bag turned off while driving despite adult in seat. Checked for recalls & founds 2 for similar air bag malfunctions in same make & model but Nissan says doesn't apply to my particular VIN number. I noticed slimier complaints on safecar. Gov website.
