One problem related to horn assembly has been reported for the 2009 Infiniti G37. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When I press the button to lock the doors on my remote the horn beeps like normal, but the driver door does not lock. The lock operate manually with the key, so it look like its not the lock mechanism itself.
