Tl- the contact owns a 2011 Infiniti G37 convertible base. The contact stated that while attempted to close the hardtop, the top was stuck. The vehicle was taken to napleton Infiniti of tallahassee located at 3355 capital cir ne, tallahassee, FL 32308, (850) 297-1488 where it was diagnosed that the shelf was broken and the hard top needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the hard top was previously repaired three times and seven with the previous owner. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that the vehicle was sold as is and the contact was provided case number 28153425. The failure mileage was 85,873. Lt.
