One problem related to side/rear glass has been reported for the 1998 Infiniti I30. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While turning on iginition switch rear window blew out for unknown reason. Dealer notified, and refused to accept the problem. Any repairs would be at consumer's cost. The rear windshield broke while starting the vehicle.
