I checked with your web site and found no recalls on my car. My Infiniti dealer checked and found no recall for my car, but said there may have been recalls for that model, year, etc. But not for my VIN. Who do I trust?.
My name is krystal bickings, I have received a letter containing an urgent airbag saftey recall on my Infiniti I 35 2003. The letter from florida highway safety and moter vehicles states tthat hat there has been an airbag recalled for a safety defect in the airbag that could result in death or serious injury to me and/or my passengers. This happens to be my only vehicle and is extremely concerning because I have two small children, one with disabilities and the other is an infant! we depend on this vehicle everyday for specialty appointments and work! I need my car repaired as soon as possible, and while my care is being repaired, I will need another vehicle, as this is a huge inconvenience to my family!.

The manufacturer was notified of the failure and provided no remedy. The failure mileage was not available.
