Seats problem #1

My Infiniti driver's seat malfunctioned, crushed and pinned me, and ripped my hip out of socket when I was extracted. I'm being scheduled for surgery for a labral tear. Seat malfunctioned again in the Infiniti roseville parking lot, and the Infiniti agent stated, on video, that the seat "motor is going out. " the supervisor on duty, micah, refused to fix the seat and Infiniti roseville texted that the death trap seat is "operating as designed. " I have the video clearly showing the seat malfunctions and is a danger to myself, my children and everyone on the roadways. The officer attending the scene when I was trapped and injured stated I'm lucky to be alive, because if the seat malfunctioned while I was driving and the airbag went off while I was pinned to the steering wheel, I would be dead. The dash had every light on possible when the seat malfunctioned and froze entirely. The car is available to be inspected, and I'm terrified to drive it if the seat is plugged in because it will crush me again. Photos and videos available if I can email them.

Seats problem #2

Srs light is blinking and dealer is unable to fix the issue and I am not sure whether I am safe in case of accident or what are the repercussions of this blinking light.

Seats problem #3

Vehicle died while driving in parking lot and all interior lights began to strobe with an awd failure light. The vehicle would not restart and the front seats started moving. Vehicle battery died while vehicle was in tow and has been at dealership for almost 2 weeks. Previous problems (within days) include seat memory not pairing with key, key not working to unlock hatch.

Seats problem #4

My wife brought this vehicles and really didn't know that it has a lemon law title on it, until we took it to the dealer. The dealer explain what she has brought, and the dealer say the vehicle has no value, for trade or sell. We have 18,600 miles in excellent condition, so we would like to either get a another title or what need to be fix so we don't have to sue anyone, that should had explain what she was buying at the time of purchase?.

Seats problem #5

The warning light that indicates that the passenger airbag is deactivated illuminates while the passenger seat is occupied by an adult. I returned the vehicle to the dealer and was told that they could not duplicate the problem and nothing was wrong with the car. The light continued to illuminate, so I returned the car to the dealer in August of 2014 and was told after 5 days that they tested the system and cannot find anything wrong with it. I even presented the service manager a video that my wife took on a recent trip of the light clearly illuminated while she sat in the seat. The service manager told me that even though the light illuminates, the airbag is still activated in the computer system. This is ridiculous, how am I supposed to know if the vehicle is safe to carry passengers? I have never been notified by Infiniti that there is a recall for this problem. I only found the recall after searching on the internet. I am the original owner of the vehicle. I plan to escalate this situation with Infiniti. There is a clear problem with the design of this vehicle that is putting the owner's passengers at risk. Please force Infiniti to address this ongoing defect.

Seats problem #6

While driving my Infiniti Jx35 I have noticed that the air bag light, indicating that the air bag is turned off, will come on while my wife is sitting in the passengers seat. She weighs about 150lbs so the air bag should always be on with her sitting in the seat.

Seats problem #7

The passenger air bag warning light illuminates (I. E. , the warning light indicates that the airbag is off) even though there is an adult passenger sitting in the front passenger seat and that adult passenger is properly seated and wearing a seat belt. . Read more...
