The contact owns a 2013 Infiniti jx. The contact stated while coming to a stop, the contact felt the vehicle pulling to the left. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who replaced both front struts, front passenger’s side control arm, the radiator, and the brakes however, the failure persisted. The mechanic also noticed that the rear subframe was rusted and had fractured. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the vehicle was out of warranty the failure mileage was 150,000.
