The contact owns a 2013 Infiniti Jx35. The contact while reversing, there was a delay in the transmission shifting. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and the vehicle received a tune up. On another occasion, while driving 60 mph, the traction control warning light illuminated, and the vehicle lost motive power. The contact pulled over on the side of the road and after several attempts the vehicle restarted; however, the vehicle was not operating properly. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that the failure might be related to the transmission however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 146,000.
