Clips in visor broke leaving the visor hanging obstructing the drivers view - very dangerous situation.
Tl the contact owns a 2013 Infiniti Jx35. The contact stated that the driver and passenger sun visors fractured. The contact stated that the sun visors were unable to retract and were unsafe while driving. On several occasions, the contact struck his head on the sun visor while attempting to exit the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 70,000.
Tire tread wore very early. Unsafe at 19,0000. On a new vehicle. The windshield wipers failed at 20,000 milaes.
Driver visor sagged to forehead level. In full down the visor sagged as well as full up to block vision and have the visor at forehead level. There is no alternate way to hold this visor out of the way. Problem has repeated on 11/12/14. I await dealer reply.
