The contact owns a 2007 Infiniti M35. While driving 35 mph through a snow storm the rear defroster failed to operate properly. The contact had to keep pulling off the road to clear the rear window. The vehicle was taken to a dealer , who stated that the defroster was working properly. The current mileage was 4,200, and failure mileage was 3,800.
