Tire Sidewall problems of the 2010 Infiniti M35

2010 Infiniti M35x. Consumer writes regarding defective tires the consumer stated he discovered a leak in the sidewall on one of the front tires. The defect consisted of a break about 3/4 of an inch long. The tire would not hold air and could not be repaired. There was no nail or other object in the tire. The consumer then went to the dealer to complain about the defective tires. The dealer then informed the consumer the rear tires had low tread life and they needed to be replaced. The consumer also suspected the rear tires were defective as well.
